1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Fees: Access to Cornections is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least [30] days before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate written agreement.

4. SMS Messaging Services

By opting into Cornections' mobile messaging service, you agree to the following:

Use Cases: We may send SMS messages for purposes including, but not limited to: account authentication (2FA), real-time lead notifications for your real estate business, platform updates, and occasional marketing promotions.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Use of Service & Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws (including TCPA regulations regarding automated messaging).

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Resell or sublicense the service to third parties without express written consent.

Upload any content that contains viruses or malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: Cornections retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the software, branding, and proprietary technology.

Your Data: You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability & Carrier Disclaimer

General: To the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law, Cornections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. * Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if your actions pose a security risk to our platform or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Clair County, Alabama.
