SMS/Mobile Data: Phone numbers collected specifically for SMS communications, as well as your consent status and messaging history.

Billing Information: Credit card details and billing addresses (processed securely via third-party payment processors).

Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and patterns of how you interact with our platform.

Customer Content: Any data you upload or input into the Cornections service as part of your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide a seamless SaaS experience, specifically to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Cornections platform.

Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.

SMS Communications: Send text messages for account notifications, two-factor authentication, or marketing updates (only if you have provided explicit opt-in consent).

3. SMS Opt-In and Messaging

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to receive recurring automated and/or manual text messages from Cornections. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our shortcode or longcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in the following circumstances:

With Service Providers: We use third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) who need access to your data to perform work on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: If required by law, such as a subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Cornections and its users.

SMS Data Exclusion: Notwithstanding the above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Account Information: You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account settings.

Marketing Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. For SMS, follow the "STOP" instructions in Section 3.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
